Local Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Information
DCS Schools and Settings are committed to inclusion and aim for all our children to thrive and achieve their potential. We follow the graduated approach to SEND provision. All children will follow a supportability process on entry, which will clarify what support is available in your location.
At Episkopi Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that all pupils, regardless of their specific needs, make the best possible progress in all areas including personal, social and emotional. High quality first teaching and additional interventions are implemented across the school contributing to our inclusive planning approach. We regularly review and record what we offer for every child in our care and what we offer additionally. This serves to imbed our high expectations among staff about quality first teaching and the application of a differentiated and personalised approach to teaching and learning.
For more information on our local offer, please read our local SEND Policy and SEND Information Report.
For more information on SEND within Defence Children Services, please visit the SEND page.
How will we communicate with you?

We aim to ensure that you are updated about all events and activities in school and have the chance to see the learning and experiences your children get to enjoy on a daily basis. We use an app called My Child at School (MCAS) for the vast majority of communication between home and school.
You can also contact us via telephone or email to the school office.
We also use Facebook where you can enjoy an insight into school life and catch up on some key reminders too!
School uniform
At Episkopi Primary School we pride ourselves in being smart, well presented and ready for learning. It is our school policy that all children wear school uniform when attending school, or when participating in school-organised events which may sometimes be out of school hours.
Please read our Uniform Policy for more information.
